the WHOLE weekend off (thanks CMA’s!!) Husband & I went kayaking on the Piney yesterday. We were a little nervous that it would storm, but as we arrived to the camp, the clouds had parted & it turned into the most amazing day! Adam had never been kayaking before, but he did awesome! We ran into a herd of cattle drinking by the river, kind of scared us a bit, but they waited for us to cross & then they themselves crossed with all their little babies! We also ran into a awesome dog that we wanted to be ours! He swam with us most of the way & would wait for us when we stopped. I told Adam that he was our “spirit-animal guide”. He was so beautiful & had one blue eye! Such a great day! I think Adam is addicted now!
